Counter-Notice

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notice was improperly taken down, you may submit a counter-notice. It should include:

  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your locality.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward the counter-notice to the original claimant. If we do not receive notification of court action to restrain the content within 10 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.
